James Mitchiner

James is a founding member of Mindset Athletics Foundation and former VP Of Operations with a history of working non-profit organization management. Exemplary leader with a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Brandman University. He developed a strong sense of nonprofit community involvement as a volunteer and employee with the YMCA and Lindhurst Jr Blazers. James started working in the non-profit sector early in his career and these experiences provided him with a passion for community service.
